Our Properties
Each property is right in the middle of Breezy Point, with two spots inside the resort gates, one just a short walk from all the fun, and another on the 15th hole of the Traditional Golf Course. Each vacation rental has high-speed internet, fully stocked kitchens, linens, towels, and grills, so you’ll have all the comforts of home! We are pet friendly with a signed pet agreement.

The Loon Lodge
A private two-bedroom, one bathroom cabin is well equipped with all the conveniences of home. The primary bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and television. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the lower level has an additional twin bed w/ trundle. Forgot something? Now worries, we’ve got it! Cozy cabin with large front deck and private backyard, great for bonfires, yard games, picnics, or simply relaxing.

The Retreat
This beautifully renovated twin home has two bedrooms and two baths. The primary bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, couch, and television. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and TV. The loft has two twin beds, and the living room has a full-size futon for additional sleeping. Two bathrooms make the space comfortable for groups up to six. This vacation rental is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy your get away! Games, movies, fire pit, we have it all.

Rustic Charm
This rustic log cabin has a primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed, window air/heat unit and a ceiling fan. A beautiful 3/4 bathroom with shower, an open-air loft with two full-sized beds for additional sleeping. Need a little extra space? This cabin comes with cute little bunkhouse with an extra 3/4 bath, additional sleeping space, and a kitchenette equipped with a sink, mini fridge, and a microwave. No extra charge for the bunkhouse, but it is seasonal.

Our Story Begins Here
Family Owned - Locally Operated
We began our vacation rental journey in 2016 with The Loon Lodge—named by our son, a proud fan of “up north culture.” From day one, we learned that guests value cozy, clean spaces with modern comforts and nearby activities.

Word spread, reviews glowed, and familiar faces returned year after year. What started as a hobby quickly became something more. Our cabin hosted weddings, reunions, and countless memory-filled getaways.

In 2021, we added The Retreat—a refreshed half of a twin home in Breezy Point Resort, complete with much-needed updates (yes, including a dishwasher!). It became a peaceful haven for unplugged fun: games, golf, fishing, and more.

Then came Rustic Charm, a 1950s log cabin with timeless character: exposed beams, stone fireplace, and now, modern updates blended with its vintage soul. We welcomed our first guests in Summer 2024.

Soon we will embark on our fourth adventure as we open our next property located on the 15th hole of the Traditional Course in Breezy Point Resort. Shortly we be taking reservations for Spring 2026. More information is coming soon!
