We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility wherever possible. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below:
Refund Policy
Full Refund:
Guests who cancel their reservation at least 30 days before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus any transaction or processing fees incurred by third-party payment providers.
No Refund:
Cancellations made less than 30 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund, as it becomes difficult for us to rebook the property as many reservations are made 12 months in advance.
Processing Fees:
All refunds will be issued net of any applicable payment processing or service fees charged by our payment platform. These fees are typically non-refundable to us and may vary depending on your method of payment.
How to Cancel:
To request a cancellation, please contact us in writing at through your initial booking platform with your reservation details.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Refunds will be completed within 10 business days. Please note that NTMC has no influence over the processing time of credit card companies.
